- Department of the Air Force, AFSAC ? Air Force Security Assistance Center, 1822 Van Patton Drive, Wright-Patterson AFB, Oh 45433-5337 The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) is issuing the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Communication Security (COMSEC) Support for the Kingdom of Sweden. Performance will be in Sweden at a yet to be named facility. The anticipated contract will be firm-fixed price and the period of performance will be for three (3) years ? a one (1) year basis and two (2) one-year options starting approximately 22 Dec 2006.
