Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HTG16321A1 is issued as a request for quotations. The USAF Heartland of America Band is requesting 1ea. 10.3ft X 13.2ft, 8mm indoor LED display. All quotes should be in accordance with the attached statement of work. This solicitation is issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside; the NAICS Code is 333315; the NAICS size standard is 500 employees; and the SIC Code is 3861. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY AWARD DATE will make a contractor ineligible for award. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. USAF HOA BAND PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT For Form 9 #F3HTG16321A100 LED VIDEO SCREEN FOR 2006 HOLIDAY CONCERTS Vendor to supply all goods and services related to fulfilling the specific needs of the USAF HOA Band as outlined in the following equipment summary and technical schedule. All required video cabling should be provided Qty. USAF is to provide all video content-additional sources are to be quoted separately. ? USAF is to provide NTSC video feed directly to vendor?s processor. ? USAF is to provide dedicated 24 Hour Security from load in to load out. ? USAF is to provide one (1) dedicated lift with operator for installation & dismantle of equipment. ? USAF is to provide vendor with all necessary personnel & vehicle credentials for site access. ? USAF is to provide truss system for LED screen, including all rigging hardware, chain motors, motor controller, and certified rigging crew to fly LED screen. ? USAF is to provide 2 stagehands for installation & dismantle. ? The USAF will pay for and arrange all union labor required for installation and dismantle of LED display panels. ? All additional on-site expenses, in & out handling charges, weight tickets, empty crate storage, etc.will be paid for and arranged by the USAF subject to the terms and conditions set forth by venue.
