- Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary to replace bulbs, ballsts and fixtures as required in maintaining proper illumination in required areas at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Connecticut Healthcare Systems' West Haven and Newington Campuses. This work shall require the use of ladders and arial lifts. Award to be made for a base year with four one-year options to renew, subject to the avaiability of funds.
