- This is modification to change the issue and closing date, The issue date will be in December 11, 2006 with a closing date January 11,2007. Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-07-R-0022, IQC06059009006, National Stock Number, 5365-01-415-4019,Bushing, Nonmetallic, Sole Source is Flo-Tork, INC, Cage 07270, Part Number, 41393. Solicitation is Unrestricted. Unit of Issue is each. I/A/W STD NR MIL-STD-129P. DSCR does not currently have a Technical Data Package available for this NSN. The item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in mercury free drawing 13873-03-001. The NSN is Critical Item Application, Shelf Life Item applicable. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination Stock locations are within in Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is days 80 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 637 each for the base year and for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 160 each for the base year only. Automated Best Value System applies.
