- This is a modification to change the issue and closing date. The issue date will be December 4, 2006 with a closing date of January 04, 2007. All terms and consitions remains the same. Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-07-R-0018, IQC06059009005, is being solicited as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside only. National Stock Number, 5365-01-213-4239, Spacer, Plate, Unit of Issue is each, IAW Drawing Number DL-13873-012134239-04064 and IAW Drawing Number DD-19207-12338806. Exception to the drawing: Use SAE AMS-QQ-A-250/11 IN LIEU OF QQ-A-250/11. Use MIL-HDBK-509 in lieu of MIL-STD -338. The NSN is Critical Item Application. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, Export Control Item. TDP exists for this NSN, will only be released to Export Control requestors. Requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website, https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil. If Export Control Certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Center, www.dlis.dla.mil. Stock locations are within in Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 67 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 1058 each for the base year and for each option year thereafter.The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 265 each for the base year only. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on December 04, 2006 with a closing date of January 04, 2007.
