- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia-Maritime Detachment intends to issue a long term contract for 15 restricted source NSNs in the 5330 FSC for seals and gaskets. Dealers / distributors that are supplying the Original Equipment Manufacturer?s (OEM) part or the part of an approved / acceptable source must provide documentation that traces the supplies back to the OEM or the approved source. Offerors that do not provide the documentation with the proposal will be ELIMINATED from further consideration. The annual estimated quantity (AEQ) will vary for each NSN and the delivery time is 90 days ADO. The proposed contract will be for one year with one year option. Offerors will be evaluated on price and past performance factors. March 21, 2007 is the anticipated award date. Since this is a restricted source acquisition, the Government does not have access to technical data. Alternate offers must review DLAD 52.217-9002 before submitting a proposal. The solicitation will be made available to interested parties through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) and on the Shift to Commercial Practices website (www.dscp.dla.mil/gi/general/scp_ltc.htm). Page 3 of the solicitation will contain instructions for submitting proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. There are no potential add items for this proposed contract.
