- Description
- The United States Postal Service seeks to pre-qualify Energy Service Providers (ESP) to provide natural gas transportation and management services to multiple Postal Service Accounts. This requirement includes providing approximately 2,000,000 DTh of "all requirements" "firm" ?pipeline quality? natural gas for City Gate delivery to 2,483 accounts in _15__ States. Energy Service Providers wishing to participate in these procurement must first be pre-qualified by the Postal Service. This pre-qualification includes submission of a written statement of qualifications as outlined in RFQ #1AUTIL-07-A-0001. Qualification Statements will be accepted on or before: 4:00 pm on December 11, 2006 It is the intent of the Postal Service to pre-qualify suppliers for a two (2) year period effective January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2009. Pre-qualified suppliers will then be eligible to submit a price proposal in a series of ?real time? reverse auctions conducted by Energy Window on December 18, 2006 through December 21, 2006.
