Description
DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 24,938 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 21,685 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 22,769 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 34 on-site parking spaces for the Government?s exclusive use. TENANT: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Fresno, CA within the delineated area bounded on the North by West Herndon to North Ingram to West Audubon Drive to East Audubon Drive to North Friant Road to East Shepherd Avenue; on the East by North Temperance Avenue to Temperance Avenue; on the South by East Harvey Avenue to Highway 180; and on the West by Highway 99. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: The space must be second floor or above in an office building and section of the city that is professional and prestigious in appearance, well-maintained, and of modern design and/or tastefully rehabilitated to modern use. The space must meet or be capable of being altered to meet the Government's specifications, as well as current seismic handicapped accessibility standards. The location must not be near a school, child care center, any potential environmental threat, or in a flood plain.
