- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston, SC intends to award a sole-source contract to Akamai Technologies, Inc., 8 Cambridge Ctr, Cambridge, MA 02142. Akamai Internet Intelligence Portal is an Akamai-hosted application providing unique data views, reporting and data querying of network data collected specifically by Akamai???s distributed platform. The Akamai Internet Intelligence Service consists of a web portal, deployed on and accessible from the Internet through the US-CERT Secure Portal, that provides Internet-centric insight into the health of the Internet, networks, and critical infrastructure relevant to the US Cert mission. The portal will combine data from Akamai test agents, IDS Systems (worm detection), Geo-location data, BGP feeds, the contract will provide internet intelligence data to the US-CERT and the Federal GFIRST Community. The data visualization portal will provide a central location for US-CERT and GFIRST users to view the Internet-facing status of networks and react to the information in real-time. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Code is 518210 and the size standard is $23 Million.
