- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, FL intends to award a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to ProModel Corporation of 556 East Technology Ave, Orem UT 84097 for two Promodel VAO developers suite licenses and Promodel maintenance and support for five seats. This purchase is unsuitable for full and open competition for the following reason. NSWC PC has developed extensive modeling sets for various littoral warfare systems and programs. Use of any other product would invalidate these models and require additional time and expense to the Government to develop new models. Therefore, Promodel is the only suitable product. NAICS 511210.
