- This is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed-Price contract to procure seasonal bedding plants for the U.S. Capitol Grounds. The quantities of plants shown on the Schedule of Items in Section B are strictly estimates. Approximately 30,000 - 70,000 annual bedding plants are planted each year on the U.S. Capitol Grounds. The exact quantity of plants will depend upon the availability of funds, seasonal floral display rotations and ongoing construction. This solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by November 29, 2006. Requests for hard copy must be made to rkirkwoo@aoc.gov or (202) 266-1947. The solicitation is available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. Interested parties are encouraged to download the electronic version, as this will eliminate lost time incurred when a hard copy of the solicitation is mailed.
