Description

REQUIREMENTS: The United States Government seeks expressions of interest in leasing approximately 3,500 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding approximately 3,100 Usable Square Feet (USF) of Class A office and related space in West Barnstable, MA for occupancy by the Internal Revenue Service. Space offered must be ADA and NFPA compliant. Measurement of space shall be ANSI/BOMA method. LEASE TERM: Lease shall be for ten years, five firm. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required on or around July 1, 2008. Expressions of Interest must include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address, and phone number of property owner. 3. Rentable Square Feet offered and annual RSF rental rate - rate should be broken out to Annual Shell and Annual Operating Costs. 4. RSF rate for standard Tenant Improvements offered. Written responses are required not later than December 13, 2006. FAX's will be accepted. Verbal responses will not be considered.
