- The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, FISC Norfolk intends on issuing a firm fixed price order for Tactical FASTLANE (TACLANE) annual hardware maintenance for the U. S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Joint Futures Lab located in Suffolk, VA. This is a sole source action with General Dynamics and/or its distributors in accordance with FAR 13.5, since they are the only sources capable of providing the required maintenance. The hardware includes 20 FASTLANE KG-75 and KG-75A encryptors and 10 TACLANE KG-175 encryptors for which maintenance is required. The NAICS code is 541512 and the Small Business Standard is 100. The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, FISC Norfolk will make the RFQ available electronically, upon its release, at http://www.neco.navy.mil/. All contractors must be registered (http://www.ccr.gov) in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
