- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City (NSWC-PC) is seeking proposals for the maintenance, repair and upgrade to the 11 Meter Special Operations Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIB) and trailers. This requirement will result in multi-awarded contracts. One contract servicing the East coast (Norfolk, Virginia) and the other servicing the West coast (San Diego, California). Each location will require the contractor to work either at the Government designated site or at contractor?s facility. The place of performance and work required will be specified in individual orders. NSWC-PC plans to release the solicitation electronically only.
