Description

This synopsis is an invitation to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide bulk uniform insignia items for Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The solicitation is limited to Army Institute of Heraldry approved vendors and manufacturers. Mu ltiple awards will be made against this solicitation to qualified responders. The prices quoted on the solicitation will be those that are in effect as of 1 December 2006. The vendor/manufacturer may change the prices over the course of this agreement du e to market driven reasons. However, written notification is required at least one week prior to the adjustment. The vendor/manufacturer must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained by contacting the POCs listed below.
