Description

Notice of Intent: The Northern Region Contracting Center  Leavenworth intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to the Harvard Graduate School of Educations Learning Innovations Laboratory (LILA) to provide a subscription for the use of their laboratory for the Battle Command Knowledge System, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas 66027. This subscription includes Quarterly Meetings, Tailored Foci, Latest Research and Ideas and an Interactive Online Knowledge Base. The estimated dollar value is $26 ,000.00. This notice shall satisfy the requirements of FAR Part 5. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for the procurement is 611310. Harvard University is classified as a large business for this NAICS code. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This determination is based on market research conducted by the Battle Command Knowledge System. Questions and/or comments rega rding this pre-solicitation may be directed to the point of contact listed up to 12:00pm, Central Time, December 4, 2006. This notice does notice not obligate the government to award a contract.
