- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 325998, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD6299A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13 effective 28 Sep 2006. The Government intends to award the following BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CLINs: (CLIN 0001) 1 Each of 3SAE Part no. AUT-03-0001 for 3SAE AutoStrip System ? Automatic Mid Span Window Stripping Unit. (CLIN 0002) Applicable shipping charge and taxes. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 60 Days after date of contract FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
