- This project is for custodial services for the Supervisor's Office located on the San Bernardino National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies to perform routine and periodic janitorial work. The contract is renewable and includes the base year and four (4) one-year options. Must bid on the base and all options. The Government estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 for the base year. NAICS 561720 SBA Size Standard Is $15.0 million. Estimated start date is January 2007. Contractors must be registered in Central Contrator's Registry before an award can be made. Registration can be done online @ http://www.ccr.gov.
