Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery 365 days after receipt of order. Quantity is for 15 each will be applicable. Configuration control applies. The solicitation issue date 5 December 2006 with a closing date 5 January 2006.
