- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional inf ormation included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238290, and the size standard is $ 13 Million. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for S mall Businesses. The pricing must be quoted as follows: Contract Line Item 0001 Service Maintenance Agreement: Furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to provide unlimited service repairs calls, and two preventive maintenance services (semi-annual), for (10) ten door operators located at Bu ilding P-10730C, Commissary, Fort Drum, NY 13602 for the period of 01/01/2007 through 12/31/2007. Past Performance Information.
