- The purpose of this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is to solicit proposals for the Department of Defense (DoD) Physical Science and Technology (S&T) Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP). The goal is to explore new and innovative ideas to fill identified technology gaps.
