Description

Contractor is to provide software that will run on a secure, contractor supported server, updates, maintenance, technical support and training suitable for a Project Library to employ Lean6 initiatives to facilitate project work and project coaching, collect and summarize financial benefits, leverage lessons learned and best practices, service for subject matter expertise and support Black Belt and Green Belt certification within the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS), according to the Statement of Work. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five (5) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of technical, past performance and price. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
