Description

General Services Administration; Public Building Services; Northwest Region 10, Property Development Division; Facilities Operations Support Team; O & M Team has a requirement for Janitorial & Related Services and Operations & Maintenance Services at the Federal Building located in Petersburg, Alaska. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of services. The contract is a firm fixed price, performance-based contract, and may be up to five years (we will be asking for alternate pricing information). The estimated start date is May 1, 2007 and is a total HUB Zone set-aside. The North American industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 Facilities Support Services with a small business size standard of $30 million. The solicitation will be available on or about December 4, 2006. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database (www.orca.bpn.gov), and VETS 100 website (www.vets100.cudenver.edu/). It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor FEDBIZOPPS for changes and updates. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Estimated value of this acquisition is between $300,000 and $500,000.
