Description

This is a solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6. The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a Sole Source Purchase Order using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 to American Tower Corporation, 10 Presidential Way, Woburn, Ma. 01801-1053, for antenna site space rental at the following two (2) locations: Lease No.204835; Tower No. 90353, Allen #2(TX) Tower; and Lease No. 204235; Tower No. 90555, WBAP/Fort Worth (TX). Due to the uniqueness of this requirement and the geographical location of these radio towers, no other locations are acceptable. This procurement is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO Solicitation is available. Letters and phone calls will not be accepted and will be considered non responsive to this announcement. See Note 22
