- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Seal Beach Division intends to award a sole source contract to IOTECH Inc., Cleveland, OH 44146 for the following items: Wavebook P/N WBK512/A (high freq digitizer) (12 ea); Signal conditioning P/N WBK25 (12 ea); Rack Mount Kit P/N RACKDBK2 (12 ea) & P/N RACKDBK3 (7ea); Expansion Channels P/N WBK10A (7ea). Delivery date is 90-120 Days ADO. The authority for this sole source action is U.S.C. 2304(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency?s requirement. The required equipment must be form, fit and functionally compatible with existing equipment that are components of the Strafe Scoring System which is integrated into the WISS V4 for Navy Training Ranges. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is not a request for proposals or a solicitation of offers . The applicable NAICS code is 334519, and the size standard of 500 employees. See Note 22.
