- The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, is soliciting qualified small businesses to enter into a firm fixed commercial price contract to provide and deliver 1400 bags of Best Super Turf 25-5-5 Fertilizer to Presidio of San Francisco, CA. This purchase is 100% set aside for a small business. Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, transportation and expertise necessary to provide materials in four deliveries to be determined by GGNRA. The Government intends to award a firm fixed commercial price contract to the vendor who offers the best value of price and past performance. The National Park Service welcomes the participation of small, minority, and woman owned enterprises. The NAICS code for this procurement is 424910 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically on the Department of Interior's (DOI) National Business Center (NBC) website: http://IDEASec.nbc.gov. In addition, as part of the E-Government Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) Initiative throughout the Federal Government, all vendors are required to register at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website: www.ccr.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register at the NBC website to receive notification of this specific solicitation. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee of notification. Subscribers of this service are ultimately responsible for reviewing the NBC website for all information relevant to this solicitation. This solicitation will be available on or about November 27, 2006. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
