- This special notice is informational only and is NOT a solicitation/Request for Proposals (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of contractors comments/questions. This DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) notice seeks industry comments and questions concerning the Governments intended acquisition under A-76 for Logistics Service Operations (DOL) at Presidio of Monterey, CA The attached DRAFT PWS attached is provided to industry by being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website. The PWS referenced is in DRAFT form and has not been approved for formal release. In stating such, appendices may not be provided in th eir full or complete format and further revisions to the PWS will most likely occur prior to release of the formalized Request for Proposals. Responses to questions are approximate and not contractually binding. Any questions and resultant answers may or may not result in changes to the PWS document. All comments and/or questions regarding the DRAFT PWS posted must be submitted to charles.fortune@samhouston.army.mil no later than 1700 CST on Monday November 27, 2006.
