- This amendment is intended to state the government's required delivery for the Production Option to be 3 month's after exercise of production option and 6 months after exercise of option for outyear options I, II and III. This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation to obtain a Firm Fixed Price contract for spares on the ALQ-161A System. Noun: Circuit Card Assemblies, NSN: 5998-01-281-8673EW, P/N: 446155-3. Basic QTY: 2 each First Articles, Production Option Quantity of 1-20 each and 3 (three) out-year options of 1-10 ea. The government?s required delivery for 2 ea F/A is 250 days after receipt of contract. The government?s required delivery for the Production Option Quantity and out year options will be addressed in the amended synopsis. Data Line Items are applicable to this buy. Inspection/Acceptance will be at origin. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to EDO CORPORATION, 1500 NEW HORIZONS BOULEVARD, NORTH AMITYVILLE NY, 11701-1130 (Cage Code 82340) under the authority of 6.302.
