Description: The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for the furnishing of ambulance services for the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. Contractor shall provide ALS and BLS ground ambulance services for veteran beneficiaries 365 days/year, 24 hours/day. Contract term will be for a base period of one year effective February 1, 2007 with option to renew (two) 2 additional one-year periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on the technical evaluation factors contained within the solicitation. Request for Proposals will be available on or about November 15, 2006. Due date for receipt of offers is December 22, 2006, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is in January 22, 2007.
