- PR No: IQC06235009008. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Latch Cover,. Request for Proposal SPM4A607R0144, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 5342-01-032-8148, Base Year AEQ: 4,212 each, Option Year AEQ: 4,212 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, 39 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 18 Dec 06. The anticipated award date is 03 March 07. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 1, 22, 23 and 26.
