- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR THE MULTI-PURPOSE DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. You are notified that the following changes, identified in paragraphs A through D below, are made: A. The due date for responses is extended. The revised due date and time is 4:30 p.m. local time on November 22, 2006, B. Incorporate Attachment 3, Questions and Answers dated November 16, 2006 to Solicitation NNL07179316Q, C. Incorporate the requirement for company representatives who will be on-site at LaRC to perform the installation work to attend a construction briefing, prior to commencing on-site work, conducted daily (Mon-Fri) at 7:30 a.m. in the Badge and Pass Office and coordinated with the badging process, and D. Incorporate NFS clause 1852.233-70, Protest to NASA, as addenda to FAR clause 52.212-4. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/LaRC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=23 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). OFFERORS ARE REMINDED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ALL AMENDMENTS IN THEIR QUOTE.
