- Description
- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to issue a non-competitive purchase order, utilizing FAR simplified acquisition procedures, to Professional Bank Services (PBS) of Louisville, Kentucky 40205. PBS, the contractor conducting OTS’s Compliance I Course (pre-requisite knowledge requirement for any vendor), will develop and instruct a Compliance II course for the OTS examination staff concerning statutes and regulations issued by federal financial regulatory agencies that focuses on savings associations’. The course will take place between April 25, 2005 and April 29, 2005. This notice of intent IS NOT a request for competitive proposals. All responsible interested firms with proven financial regulatory compliance instructional experience can submit information for review and consideration. There is no solicitation available.
