The destination of the repaired items will be determined at the task order level. Quality requirements are to be in accordance with higher level contract quality requirements in accordance with FAR 52.246-11. Request for written solicitation will be issued, with an anticipated award date of 2 November 2006. Numbered note(s) 22 and 26 apply. This will be a sole source acquisition to DRS because the agency’s minimum needs can only be satisfied by the unique supplies or services available from this source. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-AUG-2006).
