- 100% Buy Indian Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quotations (RFQ’s) for clerical services. The Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service is competing for (1) Medical Clerk 246-07-Q-0003; (3) Contract Health Service (CHS) Clerks 246-07-Q-0004/0005 and 0007; (1) CHS Technician 246-07-Q-0006 and (1) Secretary/Receptionist 246-07-0008. Interested Buy Indian Small Business vendors may request the RFQ’s by e-mailing or faxing their request to Cynthia Rattler at the e-mail address cited below or by facsimile at 405-951-3771. Telephone requests for the RFQ’s or questions regarding the RFQ’s will not be accepted. The RFQ’s will be released as follows: 246-07-Q-0003-0007 the issue date is: 09/05/2006 and closing date is: 10/04/2006; 246-07-Q-0008 the issue date is: 10/05/2006 and the closing date is: 09/26/2006. Indian Preference is applicable. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-AUG-2006).
