- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) wishes to procure contractor services for operational responsibilities, providing linguist translation and transcription, media and document exploitation, and related intelligence operations program support, including management of the personnel and related functions. The majority of the services shall be performed at a Government location within northern Virginia; however some work may require travel of a short duration to locations worldwide. All personnel performing services must have a Secret and/or Top Secret clearance and the company must have a Top Secret Facility clearance. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for release on or about 4 Dec 06. Interested companies may submit requests for a solicitation package by sending an e-mail to esther.woods@dia.mil. It is also requested that all questions and requests for information be sent in writing by e-mail. Please do not telephone requesting solicitation packages or soliciting for additional information. All information distributed concerning this effort will either be in writing, or will be presented at a pre-proposal conference. A Solicitation Notice concerning this effort will follow at a later date.
