- Arcata Associates, Inc. (Arcata/UNITeS); in support of the Unified NASA Information Technology Services (UNITeS) Prime Contract intends to negotiate only on a sole source basis with Motorola USFGMD for maintenance of Government owned Motorola Trunking Systems & Radio equipment at Marshall Space Flight (MSFC) and Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation as proposals are being requested per the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) which is located in the attached Word file, along with; Attachment A, SOW; Attachment B, MSFC Equipment List; Attachment C, MAF Equipment List; and Attachment D, Pricing Document, all of which are deemed to be the solicitation package. Interested firms have until 4 December 2006, 4:00 PM, CST to submit in writing to the identified point of contact a response to the RFP. Responses received after 4 December 2006 without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis/solicitation and will not be considered. A determination by Arcata/UNITeS to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of Arcata Associates, Inc. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this Internet site for the release of any amendments, and clarifying questions and answers.
