- NAICS Code: 488490 NAICS Code: 488490 The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4, intends to award a sole source fixed price Purchase Order, using Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 Simpliefied Acquisition Procedures, to Cobb County Transit System. This Purchase Order will acquire monthly Rideshare passes for EPA employees in several metro Atlanta counties. The period of performance shall be January 01, 2007 through December 31, 2007. The bus shall pick up EPA employees from designated areas in Cobb County and transport employees to the follwing destination: US EPA, Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth St., SW, Atlanta, GA 30303. This acquisition has met the criteria for the Federal Employees Clean Air Incentives Act of 1993 and Federal Workforce Transportation Executive Order (EO13150). NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any vendor who believes it is capable of satisfying EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received by the response date of this announcement will be considered. Intered vendors may respond to this posting by December 01, 2006, 4:00pm EST. A determination not to compete the proposed Purchase Order based upon the responses should be directed to LaTisha Petteway via e-mail at petteway.latisha@epa.gov
