- Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a sole source contract to Advanced Engineering and Sciences Division, ITT Corporation, 141 National Business Parkway, Suite 200, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701. The 6360B Citadel supports the Family of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Equipment (FEODE). The Marine Corps System Command intends to purchase 65 anodized black 6360B Citadels to be delivered to various locations. The sole source procurement is pursuant to FAR 13.106-1 (b). This procurement will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. North American Classification System Code (NAICS) 334511 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by December 15, 2006 NLT 2:00pm EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
