- Solicitation will be issued on or about 11/28/06. Requests for copy of solicitation listed should be requested via email to: jim.currier@navy.mil Provide reconditioned 1A1 drums that meet DOT requirements for packing group II & have "o" rings for bung plugs installed. Approx. 500 per year. Provide reconditioned 1A2 drums that include covers w/two bung holes. "O" rings for bung plugs installed, gasket for lids will be installed & glued into place. rings & bolts installed. Two trailers that are clean, registered, insured, road ready. Either 45' or 48' size. The trailers will be used at PNS, Kittery, Maine 03904, on site for unused drum storage. Each will have 185 1A2 drums & 75 1A1 drums loaded inside. One year with two option years. 1/01/07-12/31/07; 1/01/08 - 12/31/08 & 1/01/09-12/31/09.
