- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: Previous synopsis submitted on 13 November 2006 regarding N40085-06-R-2406 is hereby rescinded. This request is for information only and is not a Request for Proposal. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Mid-Atlantic Division, Norfolk, Virginia, is hereby soliciting notices of interest from potential HubZones, Service Disabled Veterans or Small Disadvantaged Business sources to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide annual regional maintenance and repair plumbing services located in the Hampton Roads, VA area. Additional work locations may be added at various naval facilities within a fifty-mile radius of the Naval Station, Norfolk, VA. The work requires but is not limited to: managing, operating, altering and repairing facilities and equipment for sustainment, restoration and modernization The proposed contract will be a combination Firm-Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract with Award Term Options. Award term options are options that are based on contractor performance. Additional information related to this procurement will be available once the specifications are posted at the following web site, http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only.esol.navfac.navy.mil website. A Source Selection contract is anticipated. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a size standard of $13M. Interested sources should provide a letter of interest via e-mail in Microsoft Word format to: Cynthia Brown@navy.mil. The letter should include a Capability Statement that includes the following: 1) Name and address of firm, 2) Relevant experience and past performance 3) Size, status, program, if applicable, 4) Ownership, 5) Year firm was established, 6) Name of two principles to contact, including title and telephone number, 7) approved NAICS for your firm. Information from all interested parties should be received no later than November 30, 2006.
