- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is requesting bids on solicitation number 201817R006 to deliver a 40' x 80' prefabricated building kit to Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge in Okmulgee County, OK. The kit will include all exterior doors, windows, rain gutters, downspouts and R19 roof insulation. Other deliverables include foundation design drawings, erection drawings and instructions for the kit, all stamped by a professional engineer registered in Oklahoma. This solicitation does NOT include building erection; however, contractor shalll install exterior doors and windows within 30 days following erection. There is an office area 40' x 20' at one end of the building with a mezzanine area above the office space to be rated at 80 pounds per square foot for light storage. Contractor shall include design of mezzanine area and any other structural strengthening of exterior walls surrounding the office area. The estimated price magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220. Bid evaluation and award will based on best value to the Government to include price, technical acceptance, past performance and relevant experience.
