- This is an unrestricted procurement. The work consists of the lease of one (1) cutterhead, hydraulic pipeline dredge (not less than 24-inch diameter), fully operated with attendant plant and personnel, with a draft not to exceed 11 feet, for constru ction and maintenance dredging with the Vicksburg and adjacent Districts. The value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Technical Data Solution (FEDTEDS) Web Page at h ttps://www.fedteds.gov/. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check often for changes (AMENDMENTS). Issue date on or about January 9, 2007. Bid opening date on or about February 13, 2007. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATED FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE.
