Description: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command has a requirement to procure from Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS), the following necessary supplies and technical services to enhance the Command and Control (C2), Shape, Sense, and Respond capabilities of the Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control System (FAAD C2)/Counter-Rocket, Artillery and Mortar (C-RAM) System of Systems. The C2 enhancements will provide for the following: procurement of up to nine suites of the Enha nced Tactical Automated Security System (eTASS); the associated systems software interface support, system integration, logistics and training support, and system fielding. This procurement will be acquired from Northrop Grumman through a contract modifica tion to the existing IDIQ FAAD C2/C-RAM Systems Integration contract W31P4Q-06-D-0029. The period of performance will be for 36 months. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this procurement is sole source to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS), 1430-A Wall Triana Hwy, Madison, AL. 35756.
