Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation W901UZ07T0003 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12, dated 4 AUG 2006. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 333999, small business size standard of $5 mil. The NDARNG issues this RFQ for the procurement of 2 oil recyclers, Part Number COMP4; 2 Pin Filter Assemblies, Part Number MTF-1; and 48 Scrubber Elements, part number HPG3M200SRT; located at www.oiltransfer.com. Products quoted must be brand name or equal to these products. Quotes are due in by 12AM central time on November 21, 2006. Offers will be evaluated as t o the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. All technical evaluation factors other than cost and price, when combined, are significantly more important than price. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Cert ifications (Oct 1995) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any quotation. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (Apr 1998), the clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditi ons Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jun 1998) applies to this acquisition.
