- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, (RFQ) and is 100% small business set aside under SIC 7514, NAICS 532111 with the small business size standard of $23.5 million. Plea se provide a quote for 10 EACH 15 PASSENGER RENTAL VANS TO BE USED IN SUPPORT OF THE MEDICAL HOLD COMPANY, EAMC, FOR TRANSPORTATION IN AND AROUND THE FT GORDON, GA AREA FOR A TWELVE MONTH PERIOD. POINT OF CONTACT FOR ACCEPTANCE AND RETURN OF VEHICLES IS MS DENNIS, DPW, TRANSPORTATION MOTOR POOL, FORT GORDON, GA, OFC: 706-791-4576. CONTRACTOR SHALL DELIVER VANS TO THE FT GORDON, GA, TRANSPORATION MOTOR POOL NO LATER THAN NOON 1 DEC 2006 AND RETRIEVE THE VEHICLES AT THE SAME TIME 30 NOV 2007. GOVERNM ENT USER SHALL HAVE GAS TANKS FULL ON DATE OF SCHEDULED RETRIEVAL. PRICE QUOTE SHALL INCLUDE VEHICLE DELIVERY WITH FULL GASOLINE TANK AND RETREIVAL TO AND FROM FORT GORDON, GA, MILEAGE AND VEHICLE MAINTENANCE. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL, EM ERGENCY REPAIRS AND SERVICES AND STATE TAGS. CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR OR REPLACE DISABLED VEHICLES WITHIN 8 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION. GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GASOLINE, MOTOR OIL, ANTIFREEZE AND SIMILAR CONSUMABLE ITEMS. Central Contractor Registr ation, (CCR) is required of all Department of Defense contractors. CCR registration enables electronic funds transfer of contract payments. If your company is not registered, please register at www.ccr.gov. Your registration must indicate that your comp any is a provider of NAICS 532111 to be eligible to receive a contract from this solicitation.
