Description

Announcement: SOLICITATION NO: W911SF-07-R-0003 Purchase 13 existing leased, relocatable buildings which provide barracks spaces for a minimum of 240 soldiers as well as company headquarters administration space. Barracks buildings consist of a minimum of 25,200 square feet of space, and the company hea dquaters building consist of a minimum of 12,376 square feet of space. The sites for these buildings have been previously prepared under prior relocatable building contracts and are established to hold 13 total buildings (Six 1-story barracks, Two 2-stor y barracks, and Five 1-story headquarters administration buildings). This solicitation is a sole source set aside for the awarding of a firm fixed-price contract with a size standard of $6.5M and a NAICS code of 522220. This solicitation is being issued with funds available. The Fort Benning Directorate of Contracting intends to make a sole source contract award.
