Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is F38604-07-Q-F014 and is issued as Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-13, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20060808, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2006-0515. This solicitation is unrestricted. Items listed are for McDowell Research Corp. brand equipment: BID SCHEDULE: Item 0001 25/50/75/100W Multi band PA P/N MBA-100 QTY 9; Item 0002 Shipping QTY 1. DELIVERY/ACCEPTANCE: Delivery shall be made not later than 16 Dec 2006. FOB POINT: Destination. Destination price must include shipping. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERORS: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm till 10 December 06.
