- The Department of Veterans Affairs Mid South Veterans Healthcare Network VISN 9 is seeking to identify companies with demonstrated capabilities for potential award of a contract for an assistance and advisory contract to provide a comprehensive analysis of the VA system in identifying occupancy trends, inappropriate use of in-patient services, bottlenecks or delays and other inefficiencies. The company must demonstrate a proven track record of successful implementation practices. RFI is to support informed decisions and to obtain comments on the draft Statement of Work (SOW). Services for this potential procurement include understanding information from industry experts with proven track records in healthcare capacity management and throughput efficiency, in order to select the firm who can assist VISN 9 in improving the inpatient setting.
