Description

Offeror is to furnish a turnkey satellite subscription service for patient entertainment. Service has to be compatible with existing equipment already installed. (Listed on page 13 of solicitation) Offeror should supply all necessary labor, equipment, materials, etc to provide a working system for service to 182 sets for the following channels HISTORY, TNN(Spike), DISCOVERY, USA, TBS, CNN, and a Health related Channel (e.g. Discovery Health)in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. This satellite subscription service is for the VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210, from January 1, 2007, or date of award, whichever is later, through September 30, 2007 with three option years. This contract is issued subject to the availability of appropriations in the ensuing fiscal year(s) There is no formal site visit but may be arranged by calling the contracting officer. Proposals are due December 5, 2006 by 2:00 PM est. The NAICS code for this 517510 and size standard is 13.5 mil.
