- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with Donald Kennedy/dba: Triangle Real Estate, Westerville, OH for the renewal lease for parking and storage space to accommodate 14 ATF Specialty Vehicles. The height requirement of 14' overhead doors is required to for the ATF Specialty Vehicles. The space must have security system/alarm and wired for telephone/data circuits. Location of the parking and storage space must be within 12 mile from the ATF office located at 78 East Chestnut, Columbus, OH 43215. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. There is no solicitation available for this requirement. This requirement will be awarded through the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The closing date for this requirement is November 17, 2006, 2:00pm EST.
